Yanmar reserves the right to change and adjust prices from time to time without notice. If the actual price is ever greater than the price shown on your online order form and your online order confirmation, you will be notified before the order is filled. If any part in our online store shows up with a price of zero (0) (it is also possible that certain products with other prices will need to be adjusted before shipment), the actual price, if different from listed price will be confirmed before order shipment for your approval.
With more than 140,000 items listed in our online store, we offer the largest selection of Genuine Yanmar products available anywhere. While the majority of products ordered from our online store are in-stock and ready-to-ship, there may be some products that will need to be special ordered. We will inform you of the status on any special order products along with anticipated ship dates.
Returns on special orders products are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you have a question about whether this
fee would apply to the return of products you order contact orders@torresen.com or call us at 231-759-8596. A few select
special order products, particularly those that need to be shipped in directly from Japan, will not be returnable. Please contact us for more information.
